Re: 2020 Rd 2 V Warriors: Game Day
Our attack has been a bit dusty but I expected that with a lack of trial footy and blooding a new half. It’s a good sign that our defence is still there from last season.

Saw that.
Would be interesting to know if the footage backs Scott's version of events or if the NRL really has no choice after bringing in the no fault policy.
Anyhow, good for us!

I can’t disagree with the rating. Interesting Phil Gould said this on Twitter the other day (yes, he’s back for at least the third time)... “I always liked my teams to trial well. Look as fit, strong and professional as possible. Others have a different view. What do you think? Happy with your team...

Good read. Went to the Bulldogs in 99 if I’m being nit picky.

How much have they paid for that move. Henry turned them into a Top 8 side before that boneheaded move from the board.

Re: 2020 NRL trials
Watching English teams makes me worry a bit about George Williams. The English clubs play a decent game of footy but the halves really struggle against good defence. Hopefully it’s just a matter of having the ability and adjusting to the NRL.

Re: Rugby League 2020
I think Holbrook will definitely bring some consistency to the Titans but they just don’t have the squad to threaten the 8 this season. Hopefully he can address the culture up there because it’s always been an issue with Gold Coast teams.

On the fence about expansion. I think Perth presents a good opportunity but the last expansion (the Titans) has been a ****. That should be addressed first IMO.

Re: 2017 Rd 19 V Dragons: Teams and Previews *Teams p1*
I don't think dropping players is going to help in our current situation. If it were 1 or 2 guys dragging their arses out there then fine but most of the team is stinking up the joint. Whatever is going on with the team dynamic needs to be fixed and pinning our poor form on a couple of players will ...

Sucks to be 1 and 3 but I'm still confident about this season. Should probably have played more trials with such a tough start to the season.
Rounds 5 - 10 are all very winnable so I'd expect we will climb back up the ladder pretty quickly from here.
