It's become my habit to count the seconds that the Storm take to GTF off their opponents in tackles. In previous years it was regularly one and two and three and four and five and up to six seconds each tackle. Two or three tonight. Huzzah for Rugbuh League.

Am I the only one to find it unbelievable that Melbourne was preferred over GIO?? If they were serious about biosecurity etc then Canberra would be the ideal stadium. It's for the convenience of broadcasters, I can't see a biosecurity angle. They sook about coming to Canberra every time. I'm glad t...

I will tell you guys an amazing German academy award winning film on SBS on demand. The Lives of Others. It’s about the Stasi, it’s no feel good story. But it’s a cracker. Slow moving and suspenseful but at 8.4 on IMDB you can tell it’s good. One for serious film afficianadoes. agreed - a cracker

I'm missing the footy as much as anyone, I reckon, but the NRL announcement has a touch of Trump's "beautiful timeline" about it.

Virtual Toots needs to be sacked! never square, can't kick from the sideline. The way he didn't swear when he missed that kick shows he doesn't care. CNK for captain.

Calm down, It's the full feature length Director's Cut, they're aren't too many two-minute ads shown on TV. That will be edited into many different shorter configurations throughout the season with new footage added. More inclusivity the better as far as I'm concerned, it's one thing our code does O...

He's not a party to the court action, the footage is evidence, he has no right to see it. He should ask the prosecution and see how he goes with that.

I was at that game in Bay 13 watching as Whitney and McDermott held out against Hadlee with the new ball late on the final day. They had to survive to prevent a drawn series. It was superb, beer ad stuff.

I've lost confidence in his kicking this year and I'm quite the poso. I think the idea of handing it off to Sezer when it's not working is worthwhile.
