Still dumb footy from our team.

Down to 15men, did all that hard work and blow a blurter once again with errors.

Coach Stuart needs to come out and say it...we are dumb !!!

I'm proud how we came back. Well done Rapana for your efforts and Croker - that was a great kick. The forward pass call to Whitehead from Joey was line ball.

It was a strip with Paulo - funny how Manly won from a strip penalty 5 rounds ago and we lost from a strip that wasn't given today. But Paulo deserved it as it was a loose carry.

But Junior "Ben Hunt" Paulo has lost us two games now, this one and against Brisbane. He's not State of Origin quality. Why does he try to play like Canterbury's forwards like a halfback. I suggest that he just watches SOO 1 and what Fifita did - run straight and hard, and beat defenders. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting the same result.

Tapine was below average again. Wighton is always good for a drop ball charging onto it when attacking. Why doesn't Ricky deploy Cotric coming up the middle on the same play ?

Problem is we do not have any depth with the average form of Tapine and Paulo.

The average form of Paulo ??????

If Paulo is going average I would hate to see what you think of every other forward in the team besides Papalii

Canberra rubbish in first half , manly go to sleep second half, the track flattens out raiders score a couple whilst opposition is asleep, opposition wake up when the golden point alarm clock rings, opposition win match. Rubbish performance.

I've followed the Raiders since about 2001. He's provided the most highlights than any other Raider in the time I've supported them.

I <3 him.

So on the flip side why not be as vocal when things are going well? Does it make you feel better to rub the salt in or you just don't get as much of a kick out of it when we are up? For the record, we all have eyes and ears and can see whats happening throughout a game. Throwing a hissy fit isn't beneficial to anyone unless you are a baby, and judging by your insults, writing style and general attitude, that could indeed be the case.

'We' didn't come back. Jordy Raps carried us out of a hole on his shoulders.

We are papering over cracks something fierce. We limped home against a reserve grade Roosters last week and Manly played maybe 30 good minutes today and beat us.

If you're not worried, I don't know what to say to you.

Well not really at the end.

They lost Jake, Api early in the second and only one came back, then Tafua was on one leg for about 15-20 of the second half.

We had the worst of it, but to simply say we had 15 players doesn't paint the picture.

Close to.. went of for about 5-10 mins. Huge effort. And he was the one putting his hand up for the charge in golden point. If there was someone to be forgiven (if it wasn't a strip) it was Paulo.

It probably could have been called forward - but given some of the VERY forward passes that weren't getting called it was a **** call.

We had manly on the ropes at the start of the 2nd half especially when they were down and out when we had a repeat set and Austin comes up with a stupid play on 2nd to croker for a knock on. If our halves could manage that play it would of gone to paps on the edge. That would of been 20 18 with 20 to go yet manly get the ball kick on 3rd and force a repeat set. That was the turning point in my opinion. Poor game management from sezer especially who done nothing right today. We should of won by 12 but i don't know what its gna take for our halves to properly manage a game. Thank god for Rapana

we defended a lot better second half and wrapped the ball up better and reduced their offloads. Manly didnt really go to sleep - their kicking game for the full 80 was outstanding. We just woke up in the second half

Is it too much to ask that the boys wrap up the ball to stop the offloads, and stop the opp from matching up the field whilst they hang off them.
