At our home game against the Tigers the three Fox commentators including Parker interviewed Benji Marshall.
When Ricky came out Parker had been positioned at the far end of the field and Blocker and Lara did the interview. Looked odd at the time but maybe there was something to it.

Re: Parramatta Eels still hoping to hold onto Raiders target Ethan Sanders
Saw the headline that Eels had shocked with the selection of a gun junior and was relieved to read that it was not Sanders.

Re: 2024 Rd 4 v Sharks: Teams and Previews
I reckon our defensive improvment has has more to do with a) replacing one of the worst defensive fullbacks in the comp with literally anyone b) not having a broken Jarrod Croker playing at centre c) a broken Elliott Whitehead being on the field for only 34 out of 180 available minutes d) put a leg...

Re: 2024 Round 3 v Warriors: Game Day
We were a step off the pace from the start tonight but showed some real effort and determination. Our defence has improved an enormous amount from last year. At the end of the day, penalty from Guler leads to DWZ setting up a try and the a Cotric mistake were the difference between the two teams. Ea...

Hosking’s presence opens up the backline. Our Captain should be lucky to be on the bench for the rest of the season - he definitely should not start another game.

Hosking, Smithies, Strange and Savage coming into this team have turned our attack around - as well as Kris back to the centres. They look a totally different attacking unit to last year. Some random thoughts. Those talking about Rapana’s conditioning and cramping and linking it to his lack of trial games. He played all stars - he had as much on field game time as any other member of the squad in the pre season. Adam O’Brien’s presser - that dude clearly has an issue with the Raiders...

actually, interesting side note. JWH from the Roosters is in exactly the same boat as Kris. (the All-Stars match doesn't count, even though he's been selected before, and would have been selected this time) So there is, oddly, consistency in the NRL's inconsistent decision making. Roosters are now ...
