Reynolds isn’t a top tier half of a Cronk or Thurston, but he’s certainly in that bracket of extremely influential half at the NRL level.

Re: Furner predicts 2022 will be toughest season of pandemic yet

But a footballer does 1 day of labouring on a building site and he suddenly thinks he’s an expert with an understanding of living and working in the real world.

They should be working as wardsmen in a hospital lifting patients in and out of beds and toilets to get a better perspective.

Re: 2022

I’d just like the NRL to have the kind of strategic plans that AFL have. For example AFL have a long term plan to make their sport the number one game in Canberra via the GWS and they are slowly plodding in that direction. I’d also like to see a balanced approach to Salary Caps, Transfer windows, pu...

Looking back, Mal was nowhere near as disastrous as what was to follow. The fact he followed on from Sheens who set the bar incredibly high- miles higher than any other coach in Raiders history has ever climbed- played a part in how he was perceived I'm sure. Yep. It would have been good for both M...

Apparently NRL and Channel 9 have done a new FTA deal. Doesn’t sound like much has changed other than all Bronco v Dolphins games will be streamed live into Brisbane. The thing is, have you ever seen six again called and then retracted in any game? Not I. Just in the dying stages of a tied-up grand final. Cotric definitely needs to work on his football skills, particularly passing and positioning. Doesn’t need to work as much on his size.

Those sad players who get a bigger high through substances than through football. Serious drug use is a mug’s game.

Artificial highs make it difficult for some people to enjoy life’s little things. Saw Ben cousins at Lonsdale St Roasters a few years ago, looked a lost soul.
