Re: Who is the Raiders' MVP?
I would say Tongue. Yeah Campo is a big playmaker and everything, but they proved last year when he was out for Origin that we could still win without him. Herb and Macca were great that day. Tongue on the other hand lifts the team. Everyone wants to play well when he's there. You can see in the gam...

brett kelly is a drain on our salary cap.does anyone know how much roughly he is on.i know blokes in sydney playing park footy who are better than him I wouldn't say he's a drain. I like him in small doses but cant cop him over the span of a game im actually interested in. Too annoying I love listening to the guy. A statement from Constable McIntyre has been found confirming Ned Kelly's version of Lonigan's murder. He also confirms that the police asked the town Saddler to make custom straps on the saddle so that they could carry bodies on the back of the horses. It was signed by McIntyre and Superintendant S...

He notified the police of his intention to Surrender. From memory they locked up his mother as a way of luring him out, so he was going to give himself up to let her go. The police took stretchers and body bags with them on their way to catch Ned.Northern Raider wrote:Does anybody really know this for a fact?

Another interesting thing about Ned is that when he was sentenced to Death and to 'burn in hell' he told the judge that he would meet him there. 12 days after Ned was hung (hanged?) I'm in two minds about this. on the yes side, he's a high profile person who would bring some attention to the club, plus his experience in big games would be a huge plus for the side. Sure he's had a dip in form lately, but maybe change will help him. on the no side he plays in a position that we a...

How about Gonzales' Forehand? I think he has the best forehand among the top tennis players IMO. He was hitting shots that just blew me away. Can't wait for Hewitt/Federer tonight. I picked Tongue in my side. I'd love to see him play some sort of rep footy and I think of all the players, his position isn't as hard to pick as opposed to the centres/front row. Also since 5/8 is a certain, I thought Campo would be a wasted vote

I agree - Dugan had a rate in the 70s in TC with almost no goal kicking training. My observation from that year is that he had no problems with the difficult ones but choked (or was complacent) on the easy ones. His goal kicking performance in 2009 should not be counted against him - gee he was und...
