Son, we live in a world that has forums, and those forums have to be guarded by Mods. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Nickman? I have a greater responsibility than you can possibly fathom. You weep for Lucy, and you curse GE. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know -- that GE’s moderation, while tragic, probably saved lives; and my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, keeps threads on track and under the appropriately sized, highlighted green headings.
You want moderation because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties, you want me on that forum -- you need me on that forum. We use words like "stay on topic," "use the appropriate forum," "please delete." We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defending something. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very moderation that I provide and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather that you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest you get a green handle and edit a post. Either way, I don't give a DAMN what you think about moderation.

He loved that fire. Brings it up on FB all the time.
I regret taking out our back paddocks, and I feel very guilty about having half the fire brigades on the Sunshine Coast out on a Sunday afternoon, but it brought Nickman a lot of happiness and that makes it all better for me.

Can someone ELI5 the difference between Voluntary Super Contribution vs Salary Sacrifice?

For years now, I have an arrangement at work where I contribute $50 a fortnight as a Voluntary Contribution. I was about to bump that up to $100, and seen I have the option to do it as a Voluntary Contribution, or Salary Sacrifice.

I've tried looking up the difference, but I can't see to find something clear cut. Any experts on the forum?

Thanks T Dub.

I saw the two, and started panicking over whether or not I did the right one when I originally set it up.

Just saw some vision of someone in Parliament House on a video conference and it showed the camera shaking. Maybe I was in the car at the time, but I didn't sense it at any point.

Did that once while Gurneying. Didn’t even think twice, I looked down at my toe, saw I had some dirt on it, and thought “Oh I’ll just wash it off with the Gurney…” *Proceed to nearly blast my toe off*

Confident in this technique, so now onto the Fui Original recipes
