Results so far:
Down $150 for the season but that includes the Roll which has not been as successful as i'd like. It'll be alright if i can roll it over for another 2-3 weeks and then bank some.
Quietly, im really **** happy with 66% against the spread on the lock, and upset. You're up about $380 if for the year if you just followed those bets each week.

Excellent segment Pig. Just about the most anticipated post of the week for me.
What do you like today? Does Cards 14+ @ $2.75 look good to you against a Decker-less Jets team?

Haha. I still haven't gotten over what the cards did to me in back to back weeks
I might need another week to cool off on them
I do think the cards could drop a **** hammer.

Its like using Peppers or Penn at TE. Crazy and unstoppable!Pigman wrote:UBET i did.
That was a **** awesome play call, what the **** are LB's and DB's going to do to stop a 350lb monster a yard out from the goal line?
Andy Reid off the bye is absolutely free money

Re: NFL Thread
I think Bradys Pats are a dead set lock. Not only that, but he is going to light the Steelers up.
Rogers is due, but I agree its a big gamble the way they are going. If Lacy is not right to go, they will struggle. Rogers still put up nearly 300 yards in a bad performance against Cowboys though. I dont like the Bears, but in a grind I think they win.

Question about nfl.com fantasy...
Do running backs consistently score way better than wide receivers? I can't tell if it's just my team, or a fantasy-wide thing, but my running backs are killing it, whilst my wide receivers have been rubbish.
My RBs:
D. Johnson (Cardinals)
L. McCoy (Bills)
M. Gordon (Chargers)
D. Murray (Titans)
J. Charles (Chiefs)
I previously dropped D. Henry (Titans) for more depth at wide receiver (Williams).
My wide receivers:
S. Diggs (Vikings)
J. Maclin (Chiefs)
T. Williams (Chargers)
S. Shepard (Giants)
I previously dropped R. Cobb (Packers) after his slow start to the year, and J. Doctson (Redskins), for Diggs and Shepard, though now I'm thinking of getting rid of Shepard.

LOOOOOOVE the RBs you have. Yes, RBs tend to score better.

Yep that's a hellova rb crew
Trade Melvin Gordon for a WR and you're set

Re: NFL Thread
Johnson, McCoy, Murray and Charles is an excellent rb crew
Melvin Gordon has a bad sked and is td dependent, he's on pace for 20 tds right now
No chance he hits that. Trade him now for someone like Mike Evans or Kelvin Benjamin

Yep. He was/ is good.
I wouldn't have thought he was seeing much ball without Cam though.
EDIT. I see Cam only missed part of last week. Thought he was out for a while. Weird?!?

Prof’s Friday Punt:
CHI going into GB, GB are coming off an appalling performance. This GB offence is broken and the Bears seem to be in the game every week late. Historically this has been the game where Rodgers drops a god damn **** anvil on the Bears but I’m just not seeing it. This is an absolute stay away gambling wise, who would know what to make of either of these teams. But I committed to giving the Prof my thoughts, so here we are. I don’t think im going to bet on this game (read: Im definitely betting on this game because I have a problem), but if I had to take a punt, I lean Bears +9.0 / Under 47.0

Re: NFL Thread
You just do the wins into the total, don't you?
If so we are in lock step
I ended up GB h2h/unders
The line was ultimately too shaky for me

What's wrong with these blokes? Not a touchdown after 17 hours.

Re: NFL Thread
Did I say something about Rodgers being due?!? Its not exactly pretty, but its effective. And TBH if Cobb could catch/ get his feet down, and/ or Montgomery convert that 4th and goal, it would be a huge blowout.
Also, have Bears basically gone 3 and out all game? I know losing Hoyer must suck, but they have 17 throw attempts total going into the 4th.

Gordon is also a touchdown machine in the redzone.
