Hmm. Pass of the ground definitely isn't allowed, not sure I've seen it penalised too many times, though. Usually just gets called back.

I'm sure that would be a penalty in origin too

If these idiots think they’re good enough to challenge come September, they need to wake the **** up.
This has been a truly embarrassing performance.

Anyways - was expected to be a tough game and we got one. Can still hold our heads up high.
Can't win them all, onto next week.

Yep and despite that we had plenty of shots at their line and our decision making and execution wasn’t good enoughafgtnk wrote: ↑April 28, 2019, 3:47 pmAhhh, we've had 43% possession mate.PigRickman wrote: ↑April 28, 2019, 3:44 pm Alexander is right

Simple. Just not good enough today. Too many dumb mistakes and stupid penalties
It happens, nothing to panic about. Just a bad game

These games happen, reality check
We were never at the Storm/Roosters level, we're still a team who needs to play to their best ability to win, and we were far from that today. Just not very good football in a number of areas

Gee unhappy with the missed forward passes by Manly and penalty calls against Canberra, no way this game has been fairly refereed. Refs are trying to make it up after the bungle The refs boss admitted to when Manly played St George.

Yeah which is our own fault too... No game management to speak of and giving away stupid penalties...afgtnk wrote: ↑April 28, 2019, 3:47 pmAhhh, we've had 43% possession mate.PigRickman wrote: ↑April 28, 2019, 3:44 pm Alexander is right

I don’t mind the penalty count, I just think they should do this for every game. It’s inconsistent with all other games with the evener penalties

Re: 2019 Rd 7 V Sea Eagles: Game Day
The attack in the red zone is horrendously amateur.
No angles, rarely see any second phase play, zero creativity and constant reliance on try to bulldoze over multiple middle forwards. Most frustrating thing to watch. Deserve no reward for that.

Every NRL team has performances like this, except probably Storm/Roosters and even them perhaps. It's not that embarrassing

We need to find a new kicker to kick off with. Croker arn’t getting deep enough and it puts the opposition on the front foot

Re: 2019 Rd 7 V Sea Eagles: Game Day
Great work Bateman and CNK
Re: 2019 Rd 7 V Sea Eagles: Game Day
The decision to not run the clock down and take 2 at the end of the first half after being starved of possession was a massive momentum shift.

This narrative needs to end. It just has zero basis in fact
Re: 2019 Rd 7 V Sea Eagles: Game Day
We’ve missed Bateman in the middle today.
