How it didn't win a boogs award is beyond me, no other thread has had such a huge plot twist
It was almost like the davinci code, a rollicking good read but fell a bit flat at the end...

I'll show myself out

Hey, no thank you pickles for commenting on this amusing adventure. I went back and read through all the pages.
Originally, I just read the first page and a couple of posts before I posted.
Imagine my surprise when I missed the middle bits.

Oh, right, so Mr Johnson didn't show up for work that day.

Manbush, serious question - given a substantial amount of time has now passed, how do you now feel that it didn't come to fruition?

Honestly there's regret, was risk but growing up with her and her family, knowing they've got money, their morals, 99.9% chance IMO would've turned out well. With any other woman I don't think there'd be regret though.

Plus the fact she doesn't even exist mitigates the risk quite significantly.

Fair dinkum - I didn't expect that response

BTW, I'm still not convinced this wasn't just a stitch up to get some laughs from the GH

Reading back through it, the way it dramatically swung - one minute luffy's wishing you luck that both barrels fire, the next minute (literally next post) you're advising that you brought your water pistol with you instead of your shotgun.

Bloody strange set and turn of events

Mate I wish my imagination was that good

Shes a good chick from a good family, already raising a beautiful well adjusted kid from a similar situation, everyone around me is having a baby, new housemate has two with his ex he sees every fortnight and speaks to every night, would've been a very welcome and positive addition to my life.

Maybe you got lucky and, if you can stop chasing 18 year olds, you may find a bird to properly share your life with and with whom you can properly raise a child?

I don't chase 18year olds I don't discriminate with age if I find them attractive, whilst in Rocky I've arranged to catch up with two ladies (not together) and there's a 32year gap in their ages

For the record I do go on proper dates sometimes if I click with someone not just booty calls, just tends to end up the ones I really like in that regard don't feel the same and the ones that like me I don't like them in that way.

Michael or other lawyers rip this a new one please

Post by EJ »

I read the first page of this thread when it started. I only noticed it again with this last bump, but only read the first and last pages and wondered why the hell there were 10 pages in between.

I've just read it all.

Manbush, this is the greatest thread on the internet ever. It's good that you never had to change the thread title and it always stayed on topic.

I am sorry that your genuine emotions were hurt throughout it all though.

EDIT: Oh yeah, it was good when Canberra Milk just wandered in after 7 pages or so with nothing but a reply to the first post, until his edit.

It should be made a sticky and compulsory reading for everyone who joins the GH. Biggest disappointment of the whole thread was its glorious shame was never acknowledged by the boogs.

RB, I believe the issue was in the lack of sticky provided.
