14-6 is a horrible representation of this half of football. What a let-off for Newcastle.

We love making good players look like absolute Immortals against us. Ponga has spiders on him

Too easy there, we should be leading by 20 with all the dominance. Hope it doesn't haunt us.
Ricky should tell them to keep on playing expansive after HT

Re: 2022 Rd 15 V Knights: Game Day
14-6 at halftime is an awful result considering.
Looking forward to us taking a penalty goal after halftime to push it to 16-6 as the next typical sign that we are going to blow it.

Re: 2022 Rd 15 V Knights: Game Day
We are making too many errors.
The spiral of silence refers to the idea that when people fail to speak, the price of speaking rises. As the price to speak rises, still fewer speak out, which further causes the price to rise, so that fewer people yet will speak out, until a whole culture or nation is silenced. This is what happened in Germany.
If you do not speak, you are not being neutral, but are contributing to the success of the thing you refuse to name and condemn.

Frizell has been great for them.

We're well short of what we need to have scored by halftime to win this. We'll be lucky to score for the rest of the game. Put a fork in us Jerry, we're done.

Basic errors. Dropped balls, missed tackles, kicking out on the full......it's under 8s stuff.Seiffert82 wrote: ↑June 19, 2022, 2:47 pm 10 minutes of absolute trash.

Short dropouts are not ridiculous at all. Other teams are doing them too
Re: 2022 Rd 15 V Knights: Game Day
its annoying that raiders dont ever seem to just put crap teams away when they get the chance

Half Time 14-6 to the Raiders. The forwards playing well and I have to say the backs are showing what they are capable of. Savage looking good and Timoko. Cotric good under the bombs even though his opponent is much taller. Up to the Raiders to keep applying the pressure and push on to win the game.

In the context of 2 minutes to go while leading by 14 ? I feel that the smarter move was just a normal dropoutCanberra Milk wrote: ↑June 19, 2022, 2:50 pm Short dropouts are not ridiculous at all. Other teams are doing them too

I am a strong advocate for more short kick offs and dropouts. However, show some awareness of when to use them. Not when you’ve been on top and just need to close out the half safely.Canberra Milk wrote:Short dropouts are not ridiculous at all. Other teams are doing them too

Tapine, Papa and Horse were great as usual. Kris also strong.
Whitehead useless with his 12 metres and 2 runs as usual

So it begins, short drop out, short kick off. Are we trailing?
Re: 2022 Rd 15 V Knights: Game Day
We lack composure big time. I suppose the spine is inexperienced but it's still pretty annoying.

Re: 2022 Rd 15 V Knights: Game Day
Short kick off talk is pretty at the margins.
Im more concerned that all the signs are here for another infuriating loss which we absolutely should be winning.
