Been to Ondine yet? The cassoulet isn't entirely authentic, but the roast chicken is perfect. And the creme brulee, which all French restaurants should be judged upon... is pretty darn good.

Been a few times. Deakin is pretty close to us in location so it's a somewhat regular haunt for us.
Think it does a good job of french food, as good as can be expected. Love their french onion soup and beef bourguignon

Agree they have a good creme brulee.
We hit it a lot during COVID when they did takeaway menus
