Bit of feeling now! A bit late for the knights to look like they’re interested.
Gina Riley: Oh, come on, John. That’s a bit old hat, the corrupt IOC delegate.
John Clarke: Old hat? Gina, in the scientific world when they see that something is happening again and again and again, repeatedly, they don’t call it old hat. They call it a pattern.

Dogs do look improved and tbh so they should be. They have bought a substantial amount of rep talent over the past couple years in JAC, Crichton, Kikau, Burton, Mahoney etc and it was probably overdue they started climbing up the ladder.

You could pay more attention, but you might smother him. And then you’d get the chair.

The spiral of silence refers to the idea that when people fail to speak, the price of speaking rises. As the price to speak rises, still fewer speak out, which further causes the price to rise, so that fewer people yet will speak out, until a whole culture or nation is silenced. This is what happened in Germany.

If you do not speak, you are not being neutral, but are contributing to the success of the thing you refuse to name and condemn.

There’s footage on Foxleague of Jack Hetherington waiting for Reed Mahoney in the tunnel of Accor Stadium after both were binned late in the game.

JH is the biggest meathead playing the game. Not sure what was said between to two on field to warrant the sin bins of both players but geez the Knights need to be smarter here.

They know their boy Jack has a short fuse and no brain. They should have escorted Jack to the sheds instead of letting him wait for Reed Mahoney. It looked to me the ref deliberately waited for JH to leave the field and disappear into the tunnel before sending Reed to the bin. There needs to be an investigation..

The NRL are looking at it.

The rest of your profanity is justified, however.

I believe the exchange went something like this:

JH: “Hey Reed, that’s 10 for you too buddy!”
RM: “Oh you can count, good for you!”
JH: “And you can count - on me waiting for you in the parking lot!”
Ata Mariota’s #1 fan. Bless his cotton socks.
