Sadly it was ACL for both Lewis and Jordan Martin.
Sad news for both. Wish them well for rehab and hopefully getting back for a few Flegg games late in 2021.

Canberra rugby league player Jese Smith-Shields argues self-defence in trial over Spilt Milk fight

Jese Smith-Shields and Bayley Loughhead, both 22, are on trial in the ACT Supreme Court accused of recklessly inflicting grievous bodily harm on a man whose jaw was broken at Spilt Milk in 2018. Prosecutors have accused Mr Smith-Shields of attacking the man and landing the key blow, while Mr Loughhead is said to have assisted in the assault by holding the man in a headlock.

Both of the accused have pleaded not guilty, with Smith-Shields acting in self defence according to his lawyer.

Mixed verdicts for Jese Smith-Shields, Bayley Loughhead in trial over Spilt Milk broken jaw

Two friends have received mixed news following their trial over a Canberra music festival assault, with both acquitted of the lead charge but one found guilty of a less serious alternative offence.

Jese Smith-Shields, 22, was found guilty of assault occasioning actual bodily harm. He had been found not guilty moments earlier of recklessly inflicting grievous bodily harm, while fellow 22-year-old Bayley Loughhead was cleared of both charges.
