That's so biased! ;)
Nah - don't like arrogant teams, blatant cheating with the trainers and then still complain about the fine, and Cody Walker.
You should be careful. People will call you biased! ;)

Souths could jag a premiership without really being the best team in the competition.

I’d love the Raiders to one day jag a not completely deserved premiership.

To be fair, that would have been the case if anyone but Melbourne wins it

Yep he’s quality and we only see him because Latrell is suspended. It just says to me there is a lot of talent in the second tier (Sam Walker as well) and we have rocks in our head sticking by mediocre players that aren’t improving when you see what is on offer when you roll the dice.
I know what you're getting at. Don't worry, CNK will still be fullback next year and still won't be able to pass. And we won't move him, "bEcAuSe 2019!!"

Didn’t specifically have CNK in mind but do agree we need an upgrade at fullback. If you need across the board 8/10 players to win a GF we seem to have a culture of holding onto 6/10 players that will never exceed 7/10 but are better that 5/10. We never take chances and roll the dice to see if we can unearth a 9/10.

South Sydney had 53% of possession in the match according to NRL.COM and this was off the back of Manly making 17 errors compared to Souths 11. The time in possession was Souths 31.40 minutes to Manly 23.53 minutes. This meant that Souths had more time/opportunity to attack and needed to defend less. Souths did chance their arm with the Cook kick for Cody Walker being an example of 'when you're hot you're hot'.

The same source has the season stats for possession as Storm highest with an Average of 53.5% of possession and Souths with an Average of 53% possession. Even with all that possession the Storm are way down at 14th in terms of errors made and 15th in terms of errors per match at an average of 9.6. So not only do they have a lot of possession and know how to use it, they don't invite the opposition back into a match.

If Souths win next weekend, how does that reframe the discussion on Bennett and Bellamy as coaches.

Both are undoubtedly amazing coaches, amongst the greatest of all time. But Bennett will have won premierships with three separate clubs, something quite remarkable.

More evidence the Knights stink.

Even the great Wayne Bennett realised it.

He left them in the gutter, and they got back to back to back spoons.

South’s easily the worst team since that Cowboys side that got blown away in the GF…

They’ll get blown away by whoever they meet.

I think people are writing Souths off way too early - they finished only one win behind Melbourne and Penrith and have improved significantly over the course of the year

Keeping the same club successful is more difficult I think. You don't have to deal with your backended contracts if you leave.

Ignoring the knights, he got them a premiership.

Would people be happy to grab a premiership, knowing that you're going to be rubbish for years afterwards?

If we had a 2 to 3 year premiership window and both offered their services to us, who would you pick?

The rulings in this game are inconsistent to what has been ruled throughout the regular premiership games all season

Storm’s ruck trick today is to slide your arm down between the ball and the attacking players body.
