You get it, most here don’t..Billy Walker wrote: ↑March 7, 2022, 12:26 pmI actually thought Sprintman’s comment was in relation to Papa.Raider Azz wrote: ↑March 7, 2022, 11:54 amHe is refusing to get a vaccine. Does that make him a complete ****? Yes. Has he commited any crime? No. Other than the vaccine thing, is he a bad influence on the rest of the team? No. So again, why would we want to move on one of our best players?
You know Papalii has also refused to get the vaccine? Should we move him on too?
Do you want to win a premiership or not?
I’d suggest the answer to your question about wanting to win a premiership has a lot to do with Sprintman’s post about establishing a better culture at the club.
I’m not advocating shipping Papa or Tarps off a week before season launch but I am very much in the camp of setting and communicating a higher standard for the club. Most importantly it’s essential that standard is upheld no matter how uncomfortable it might become.

‘Every word she said’: Canberra Raiders gun Joe Tapine opens up on wife’s Ricky hit as vaccine drama still unsolved
Raiders star Joe Tapine admits he’s unsure if he’ll be available for every game this season due to his Covid vaccination status. Tapine has vowed to bring more consistency to his game when he does play, while also doubling down on his wife’s social media antics despite the controversy she ignited last year.
“Stick hasn’t spoken to me about anything about that and there’s no pressure from him at all and I respect him for that, he’s just worried about player welfare and that’s something I respect about Stick.”

'The 27-year-old emphasised the incident was 100 per cent water on the bridge'
I'd feel more at ease if the water were under the bridge.

I think Mrs Sutton’s comments confirm it is in fact water on the bridge as stated.Sid wrote:'The 27-year-old emphasised the incident was 100 per cent water on the bridge'

Has Joe made a decision on the vaccine yet? Interesting some people see him as Captain material. Just hope we don't get a penalty in front of the sticks in Round 1 cos he'll still be there in Round 25 deciding between the 2pts or a quick tap.

He’ll look to the grandstand and wait for a hand signal from Mrs Tapine.Roger Kenworthy wrote: ↑March 9, 2022, 11:10 pm Has Joe made a decision on the vaccine yet?
