Gold Coast Titans 2022

Squad Game: Titans 2022 roster changes and best 17

Something of a new beginning on the Gold Coast with playmakers Ash Taylor, Jamal Fogarty and Tyrone Peachey all out the door and youngster Toby Sexton handed control after just four NRL games. Did a good job to make the finals in 2021 and came within an ace of progressing to week two so there’s plenty to build on for Justin Holbrook.

Possible best 17
1. Jayden Campbell, 2. Philip Sami, 3. Patrick Herbert, 4. Brian Kelly, 5. Corey Thompson, 6. AJ Brimson, 7. Toby Sexton, 8. Jarrod Wallace, 9. Erin Clark, 10. Moeaki Fotuaika, 11. Kevin Proctor, 12. David Fifita, 13. Tino Fa’asuamaleaui, 14. Isaac Liu, 15. Jaimin Jolliffe, 16. Beau Fermor, 17. Will Smith

Dynamic back rowers, the rest is just meh
The spiral of silence refers to the idea that when people fail to speak, the price of speaking rises. As the price to speak rises, still fewer speak out, which further causes the price to rise, so that fewer people yet will speak out, until a whole culture or nation is silenced. This is what happened in Germany.

If you do not speak, you are not being neutral, but are contributing to the success of the thing you refuse to name and condemn.

Gold Coast Titans have 20 players in isolation due to COVID

Gold Coast Titans chief executive Steve Mitchell has today confirmed approximately 20 players and a number of football and administration staff are currently isolating due to COVID-19, but insists there are plenty of positives with the current situation.

As the squad returned from the Christmas break for their first pre-season training session of 2022 on Friday, a number of players were unable to attend due to the rapid number of infections being recorded across South East Queensland.

Gold Coast Titans sign Brisbane Broncos back Jamayne Isaako for 2022 season

Gold Coast have signed Jamayne Isaako for the remainder of the 2022 season before he links up with the Dolphins next year. They'd be replacing 2 in form wingers with someone worse so let's hope so.

Manly Sea Eagles half Kieran Foran to join Gold Coast Titans on two year deal from 2023

The Gold Coast Titans have landed a marquee signing, with 22-Test playmaker, Kieran Foran to head to Queensland from next season. Foran will join the Titans for seasons 2023 and 2024 and add experience and depth to the youthful Titans spine. Titans Head Coach Justin Holbrook said Foran will add another element to his young side.

“Kieran brings a wealth of experience to our squad and this will be invaluable for not just the halves, but the whole team,” Holbrook said.

I'm tipping them to make big, big improvements with the new spine combination. Turner is a raw talent and Brimson is an out and out fullback and a bloody good one imo.
well, I guess you could say that I'm buy curious.

Really liked the look of Turner at the warriors, can move but also looked like he could pass and ball play a bit.
Warriors wanted to keep him but he decided he'd get more of a chance of first grade at the Titans where he went for less $ than the warriors were offering, no idea how he's been going since joining them but will be good to see what he can offer

Yeah I'm in the same boat. Have no idea how he's been playing or why he's been stuck behind Campbell and Smith. But disregarding all of that he gets his shot now.
