Penrith lifting the leg, driving back every tackle, hitting blokes in the back third man in, I understand theyre good, but theyre equally as grubby

That was hard to enjoy the win tonight, Croker going down with a shoulder really topped it off.

Horse was strong
Cotric played his best game of the season
Frawley is better then Schneider and I hope he plays along side wighton until fogerty is back.
Gotta give some credit to Adam Elliot his last couple of games has been well above expectations.
Massive shame about Croker at the end there. Hopefully it’s not something serious and we see him back

I agree Frawley is better than Schneider. I’d like to see him play next to Jack and take the kicking role.Westsydneyraider wrote:Horse was strong

No point having him in the team if Jack still kicks.

Do they let the patients from the local mental institution out on game day, the moaning and weird muffled stunted dialect is quite scary.

Frawley always looks better when Wighton isn't playing. Wonder if it's down to he naturally suits left-edge or they just don't compliment each other.Raider of d Lost Ark wrote: ↑May 6, 2022, 8:24 pmI agree Frawley is better than Schneider. Only saw part of the second half but that was death by a thousand cuts from Frawley.
Fair play to him. Did his job.

Re: 2022 Rd 9 V Bulldogs: Game Day
Mission accomplished - 2 competition points. Sharks next week. I thought Frawley was good as was Adam Elliot and Cotric but for me Tapine with the ball was best for us. Constantly making ground with every carry. Timoko was beaten a couple of times by Addo Carr but chased and got him. I was impressed with that defensive determination.
Feel for JC going off with what appears to be a dislocated shoulder. CNK appeared to be badly injured as well. We have until next Sunday to recover. We are off the bottom of the ladder for one week. Hopefully Savage will get another crack at FG.

Hopefully he is right next week. Otherwise it may be Savage, Schiller or Kris in the starting side.

Frawley is better than Schneider .
Hope someone in raiders HQ realises that if you have a stable organising 7 it makes Wighton a better player.

I continue to die in the hill that Wighton should be 7.
Frawley at 6 is worth a shot.

Our starting 7 is a poor man’s Frawley and our 9. Is a poor man’s Kurt Baptist. We won’t hear any other team other than dogs this year

MATCH REPORT: Jarrod Croker injury sours Matt Frawley guiding Canberra Raiders to win over Canterbury Bulldogs
An unlikely hero, stand in five eighth, Matt Frawley, set up the Raiders' 14-4 win at Canberra Stadium on Friday night. But the win could've come at a massive cost, with co-captain Jarrod Croker potentially dislocating his shoulder and coming off with just four minutes remaining.
CANBERRA RAIDERS 14 (Elliott Whitehead, Matt Frawley tries; Jarrod Croker 3 goals) bt CANTERBURY BULLDOGS 4 (Matt Burton try) at Canberra Stadium. Referee: Ben Cummins. Crowd: 12,890.

Jarrod Croker injured in Canberra Raiders' NRL win against Bulldogs
The injury news was not pretty for the Raiders despite their 14-4 win over the Bulldogs on Friday night at Canberra Stadium.
In the last few minutes Jarrod Croker heartbreakingly went down and big man Josh Papalii was screaming in pain moments later with a leg complaint. Earlier in the second half fullback Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad came off walking gingerly. The good news is Jamal Fogarty may be back three weeks early.

Thanks President Clinton. The body language didn't look good from him when he went off. With a 9 day turnaround he may well be ok for next week. I'd still like to see Savage get a longer run in FGPresident Clinton wrote: ↑May 6, 2022, 8:45 pmJust a cork I think RR?RedRaider wrote: ↑May 6, 2022, 8:36 pm Mission accomplished - 2 competition points. 2022 Rd 9 V Bulldogs: Game Day
Oh god the presser. Ricky getting on his high horse already after beating the bulldogs. The excuses are flying left right and centre for the past performances. “Everyone is trying really hard”, “Spine has been disrupted for the last 12 months”
So someone called it earlier in the week - Ricky essentially believes it’s just been unlucky and is the reason we lost 5 in a row.

After Adam Elliott’s performance we need to re-sign him before his value increases.
